We want you to know how much of each herb we're using and explain how these herbs have traditionally been used:
DANDELION ROOT (600mg) - Dandelion’s bitter flavor stimulates digestion. It also helps to gently support the liver and kidneys (two organs we used for natural detoxification).
BURDOCK ROOT (1,100mg) - This bitter root is used to support the liver; it's often used by herbalists as a diuretic.
GINGER ROOT EXTRACT (200mg) - A warming root used to help soothe an upset stomach and to help dispel gas that can cause bloating when we digest our foods.
CINNAMON (300mg) - With a spicy and rich flavor, cinnamon is a warming herb that has been used to help warm the digestive fires and soothe bloating.
